Ask a librarian

The e-mail reference service - "Ask a Librarian" is designed to answer simple information requests by providing a concise answer about:

• Simple requests for information about the library, addresses, access conditions and registration;
• Information about existing titles in the library, documentation resources, services, databases, Open-Access resources;
• Requests that require a bibliographic research, but without the depth of the field.

The answer is received within 24 hours, between Monday and Friday, for questions received during the weekend, the answer is received on Monday.
