About Us
Your first contact with the library is on the ground floor, where you are welcomed by a warm and friendly atmosphere in the socializing space, browse an art album on the sofas, have a cup of tea, while familiarizing yourself with our services, spaces and resources.
Here you will find: Info Point, Internet Room, Card Issuing Desk, Publications Lending Point, where the library team is ready to give you all the details about accessing the library, issuing a library card, how to find books and articles in the online catalog and then on the shelf, what electronic resources are available to you, where is the best place to study, whether you are learning individually or with colleagues.

In the breaks between classes, we invite you to come back to the lounge, on the ground floor, for a moment of relaxation, where puzzles and games are available.
You have access to the campus wireless internet network and we provide office equipment and fast-charging stations for your devices.

First floor:
Reading room – open access publications on the bookshelf, individual and group study tables, scanner;
Co-working space – for team study and projects;
Standards and Official Gazette Room – here you can consult the collection of official standards and laws;

Second floor:
Reading Room – open access shelf publications, individual and group study tables, scanner;
Doctoral Theses Room – contains the collection of doctoral theses defended at the “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu;

Third floor:
Reading Room – open-shelf publications, individual and group study tables, scanner;
Multimedia room – equipped with audio, video equipment;
Individual study cabinets – located at the entrance to the multimedia room, can be reserved for individual study;
Podcast studio – available by reservation for the ULBS community;
Co-working office – for study and team projects;

Top floor: Room M16 – for lectures, presentations, equipped with smart board.
