The LBUS Library charges a series of fees for its users, approved by Senate Resolution, for the academic year 2024 – 2025, as follows:

• card issuing fee for students, teachers and other users from other state and private higher education institutions in Sibiu and in the country – 25 lei/year;
• fee for renting individual study rooms – 5 lei/day, 20 lei/week;
• penalty fee for failure to return publications borrowed by users on time – 0,50 lei per day/publication
• penalty fee for removing publications intended for study in the reading room from the library premises – 5 lei / day / publication;
