We inform you that access to Scopus is temporarily suspended for the months of January–February 2026, following Elsevier’s decision to provisionally interrupt services in the context of negotiations conducted through the Anelis Plus consortium for the 2026–2028 resubscription.

During this period, only the preview function is available, without full access to the platform.

All other providers have agreed to continue the collaboration. Access to ScienceDirect is not affected, and Open Access publishing in ScienceDirect journals continues as normal.
Anelis Plus has made every effort to meet Elsevier’s requests; however, the financial conditions proposed by the publisher exceed the current national budgetary capacities.

The consortium continues to work toward restoring access as quickly as possible.
