The “Ask a Librarian” service is designed to respond to simple requests for information by providing a succinct answer about:
• access and enrollment conditions at the LBUS Library
• existing library titles, documentation resources, services, databases, Open-Access resources
• requests that require bibliographic reference research, but without going into the field in depth.

The response is received within 24 hours, from Monday to Friday, and for inquiries received on weekends the response is received on Monday.
